What’s the process for arranging a visit?
Contact us via phone or email address to arrange a visit of our venue.
What do I need to do to ensure my date is reserved?
A total of $350 security deposit is required, which includes a mandatory $125 cleanup fee. After the event, $225 of the deposit will be refunded if the venue is returned in its pre-rental condition.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event.
Final payments can be made via Zelle
with Credit Card A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
The deposit is not refundable, if you choose to cancel. We can credited you for your next event.
Can I bring in my own décor vendors?
Yes, you can. We also have in- house decorator services if you need our help.
Is smoking allowed in the venue?
No smoking inside of venue. Deposit will be forfeited if smoking inside of the venue!
Can I bring out my own cater/Alcohol?
Yes!
Although we are able to help with bartenders and catering packages. You are more than welcome to being in your own food. Alcohol is allowed but should be consumed responsibly and should not be serve to anyone under the legal drinking age. Alcohol should be served by a licensed bartender at all times.

Terms & Conditions
- Event End Time: All events must conclude, and the venue vacated by 3:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made and approved in writing. No exceptions.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
- Hookah Usage: If you wish to have hookah inside the venue, an additional fee will apply. This must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event, and it will be included in the formal agreement.
By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms. Non-compliance may result in penalties, additional charges, or loss of privileges.
